Claiming any art that I make as ours is strictly not allowed

any art you get from me you are free to use for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers etc. as long as credit is given.

If you wish to use any design or artwork I make for you for commercial use please discuss with my prior.

You are free to be inspired by my art style, you may not however publicly trace my art or be heavily inspired by my designs to the point they look really similar.

Mutual respect is required. If at any point you become hostile or overly snappy with me I have the right to refuse service/sell a design to you

ghosting is not tolerated, I am a very understanding artist so please communicate what needs to be communicated (unable to pay, being unavailable for a time period etc.)

I require full payment after approved sketch

Any huge changes must be said after base color is completed, small details can be changed after finished product

artwork may only be used by myself and the person who commissioned the artwork unless permission by the customer is given clearly

payment after sketch is non refundable unless I am unable to complete it for whatever reason

I am allowed to refuse a commission if I feel it makes me uncomfortable or too outside of my skill zone

you are free to ask for updates, just try not to be overwhelming with it

Since I am a college student my assignments will always be prioritized over commissions

You are free to redesign any of my designs you own as long as there is still some resemblance

please keep my designs on toyhouse

Don't resell my designs for higher than their worth unless art is added on. If you got the character via raffle or giveaway you are only allowed to re-gift or trade the design

you may only make nsfw of my designs if the character is of age and you yourself are 18+

Holds can be done for up to two weeks unless the amount is 100$ or more

If I dont hear from you regarding a design you have on hold for 2 weeks then the design will be put back up for offer/sale

Payment plans can be decided by the customer, however failure to fulfill the discussed amount with no communication for why will result in the design being put back up for offer/sale with no refund given to you. Once again I am very understanding for circumstances but ghosting or overall being unresponsive isn't tolerated

You may back out of a payment plan at any point as long as I am made aware and given somewhat of a reason in order to be refunded
